At breakfast Simone finds her lost love, Congee (spelling)....This is all she would eat for the first few months after coming home from China. She kept telling me how much she loved Congee.

It is so amazing to think that you are on the computer right now, while I'm writing this-and you are so far away. I find myself waking up each morning with your family on my heart. I am so overwhelmingly happy for you. It has become my morning ritual to get to school at 5:00, log on and look to see what you've been up to. Sophie is so beautiful and it is so apparent that Simone couldn't be happier to finally have her little sister. I sit here every morning and bawl my eyes out. What a blessing.
