3. Right hip capsulorrhaphy.
4. Application of right hip spica cast. 6 weeks.

May 24th 2006 ~ Dossier Sent to China
May 29th 2006 ~ Dossier Arrives in China
May 30th 2006 ~ LID (Logged in Date!!)
June 21st 2007 ~ Dossier in the review Room.
July 5th 2007 ~ Out of the REVIEW ROOM (on to matching room. We sit and wait for our referral.)
August 30th ~ INS I600 Application Sent for Extention
October 3rd 2007 ~ INS Fingerprints Renewed
March 12th, 2008 ~ The First Time We See Your Sweet Face
March 20th, 2008 ~ Letter of Intent (LOI) To Agency
March 25th, 2008 ~ Letter of Intent to CCAA Web Site
March 27th, 2008 ~ Talk with our social worker Zia and our homestudy is updated to Special Needs.
April 1st, 2008 ~ Updated Measurements and Development
April 10th, 2008 ~ Pre- Approval from China(referral packet at this time from our agency, can send first care package.)
5/1/08 ~ Letter Seeking Confirmation of Adoption (Letter of Confirmation) (same as LOA)
5/7/08 ~ Can not start count down for Travel Approval (TA) until today.
5/19/08 ~ Chinese Visa Arrives and we are approved!
5/27/08 ~ Travel Approval (TA)
5/28/08 ~ Adoption Put on Hold
6/4/08 ~ Adoption Taken off Hold, Purchase Plane Tickets
6/8/08 ~ Airplane to SOPHIE!!
